Job Details: Engineering Research Assistant (Hybrid - Hyderabad, Telangana)

• Work Mode: Hybrid (Remote + In-person in Hyderabad)

• Pay: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month

• Expected Hours: No more than 40 per week

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Curriculum Development: Assist in designing and developing technical workshop content (e.g., RF-controlled 4-wheel cars, soldering, OpenAI API assistant development).
✅ Research & Analysis: Conduct research on engineering, educational trends, and business-related topics.
✅ Material Procurement: Support the procurement of electronic components and materials for hands-on sessions.
✅ Workshop Preparation: Help set up and test workshop projects before execution.
✅ Business Support: Collaborate on structuring business operations, including budgeting and logistics.
✅ Marketing & Outreach: Assist in engaging participants through marketing efforts.
✅ Technical Support: Provide assistance during workshops to ensure smooth facilitation.
✅ Documentation: Document research findings, workshop outcomes, and suggested improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

???? Background in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (students or graduates welcome).
????️ Hands-on experience with circuit design, microcontrollers, and prototyping.
???? Knowledge of RF systems, soldering, or AI applications is a plus.
???? Strong problem-solving and research skills.
???? Ability to work independently and in a team.
????️ Strong communication skills for participant engagement.
???? Prior experience in workshop facilitation or STEM education is preferred but not required.
