Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (In-person)
Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Shift & Schedule: Day shift

Job Responsibilities

1. Data Sourcing and Management

• Source accurate contact details of college students and decision-makers (clubs, societies, and communities) through organic marketing and online platforms such as LinkedIn, Internshala, Unstop, Google search, and social media.
• Maintain and update the database using internal templates.

2. Cold Calling & Recruitment

• Conduct effective cold calls to:
  • Recruit and train students as community ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with college clubs, communities, and societies.
  • Position Pregrad as the best choice for students.
  • Generate leads from targeted colleges.
• Research and prepare targeting strategies for better results.

3. Community Building & Brand Promotion

• Generate leads to meet sales revenue targets as per management guidelines.
• Establish WIN-WIN collaborations with college clubs and communities to promote Pregrad.
• Build and manage online groups and communities with recruited ambassadors to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Nurture the target audience within groups/communities through company-provided resources.

4. Community Ambassador Coordination

• Act as a bridge between community ambassadors/community coordinators and the organization.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong rapport-building and negotiation abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and time management.
• Cold calling experience.
• Presentation skills (preferred).

Knowledge Required

• Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Marketing and branding strategies.
• Research and data sourcing.
• Knowledge of IT/Tech (preferred).

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
• Experience:
  • Business development: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Total work experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Languages: Hindi (Preferred).
