Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Finance Analyst to join our Business Finance team. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze financial data and develop financial models for decision support.

• Prepare and present financial performance reports for leadership reviews.

• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and suggest improvement strategies.

✅ Performance Evaluation:

• Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.

• Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.

• Provide early signals and insights to stakeholders for corrective actions.

✅ Process Improvement & Insights:

• Identify and drive process improvements, including creating ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards.

• Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comparisons.

• Analyze and interpret data to support strategic decisions and propose actionable recommendations.

✅ Collaboration & Data Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity.

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and analyses.

???? Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or progression towards CFA).

• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or business finance.

• Strong understanding of financial analysis and basic accounting principles.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel dashboards, and data visualization.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make decisions.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
