As bp transitions into an integrated energy company, the Customers & Products (C&P) business area is setting up a Business and Technology Centre (BTC) in Pune, India. This centre will:

Position Overview: Process Expert – Analytics & MI (ERP)

As part of the C&P Finance ERP team, you will contribute to the success of the Quantum ERP Programme, which is designed to standardize and simplify business processes across 79 countries.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Analytics & MI for each phase of the Quantum ERP programme.

• Manage end-to-end data for ERP transformation including cleansing, conversion, and accurate delivery.

• Translate requirements into implementable technology solutions.

• Identify key issues and risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Contribute to Change Impact Assessments and deployment readiness plans.

• Work collaboratively across project teams, users, and stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment with C&P finance transformation objectives.

Success Criteria

Success will be measured by your ability to:

• Deliver impactful ERP transformation outcomes

• Enable effective data management

• Collaborate and communicate across diverse teams and geographies

Education & Experience Required

• A university degree or equivalent experience

• Extensive knowledge of C&P data and related business processes

• Proven track record of delivering ERP transformation

• Familiarity with SAP systems and functionality

• Experience with MI development across multiple geographies
