Job Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

1. Amazon & Flipkart Ads Management – Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other e-commerce ad campaigns.

2. E-Commerce Operations – Handle Amazon Seller Central, reconciliation, returns management, and overall marketplace operations.

3. International Expansion – Enroll products on international e-commerce portals and manage accounts efficiently.

Additional Responsibilities (Based on Performance & Requirement)

1. Sales Growth – Increase online business sales through key account relationship management.

2. Inventory & Pricing Updates – Ensure updated and competitive pricing across all platforms.

3. Compliance & Fulfillment – Maintain timely fulfillment and ensure no breaches in compliance on e-commerce portals.

4. Website & Product Management – Manage product listings, pricing, and technical issues on the company website.

5. Advertising & Promotions – Run Facebook Ads and Google Shopping Ads to achieve higher sales conversion.

6. Team Coordination – Collaborate with graphic designers, interns, and other team members to enhance performance.

7. Email Marketing – Create data-driven email campaigns by analyzing consumer behavior.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills & Experience

✔ 1+ year experience in E-Commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, or other platforms).
✔ Hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
✔ Ability to manage e-commerce operations including seller portals, reconciliation, and returns.
✔ Knowledge of sales growth strategies for online marketplaces.

Preferred Skills

✅ Experience managing international e-commerce platforms.
✅ Strong analytical skills to track advertising performance and sales data.
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
✅ Prior experience in Facebook Ads, Google Shopping Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
