Position Summary: Director of Human Resources

The HR Director is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources department and ensuring that HR strategies, policies, and procedures align with the company's overall business objectives. This role will focus on HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR matters.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Oversee job postings, candidate interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department leaders to assess staffing needs.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
• Design and implement employee satisfaction and engagement programs.

Performance Management

• Oversee the performance review process and ensure structured feedback mechanisms.
• Support managers in employee evaluations, goal-setting, and career development.

Compensation & Benefits

• Ensure competitive salary structures and fair compensation planning.
• Oversee employee benefits programs and maintain compliance with relevant laws.

Training & Development

• Identify training and development needs for employees.
• Implement learning programs that support employee growth and career progression.

Compliance & Legal Oversight

• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and labor laws in India.
• Continuously update policies based on new laws and best HR practices.

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain HR metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs), turnover rates, and recruitment effectiveness.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on HR performance and insights.

Diversity & Inclusion

• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a fair and inclusive workplace.
• Ensure that hiring and HR practices align with company values.

Health, Safety, & Employee Well-being

• Ensure workplace safety standards are met.
• Lead wellness programs to enhance employee well-being.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• X+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic HR policies.
• Proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
• Fluency in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus).
