Role Overview: Senior Partner – Cybersecurity

If you pursue a career in cybersecurity and privacy services, you will assist clients in implementing robust cybersecurity programs that:

With the increasing shift to digital business models, data is being generated and shared exponentially among organizations, partners, and customers. PwC helps clients protect their digital assets through security-driven transformation strategies, technology integration, and real-time threat detection and response.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Development

• Build highly scalable, full-stack solutions that deliver optimal user experiences and drive business growth.
• Implement modern digital products that are secure, regulatory-compliant, and technologically advanced.
• Work with the Platform Engineering team to enhance software engineering efficiency.
• Improve the developer experience by identifying and implementing optimizations in the core ecosystem.
• Integrate quality assurance, privacy, data protection, and security into all digital solutions.
• Balance feature enhancements with product stability and quality assurance.

Product & Innovation

• Support the Elanco Knowledge Solutions team in customer onboarding tool development.
• Leverage web platforms, content management systems, and identity tools to create a superior customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Principal Engineer to align engineering standards with product expectations.
• Mentor and upskill engineers, building a highly competent technical team.
• Manage a mix of customer support and feature development while maintaining product excellence.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Identify and analyze cybersecurity threats to enhance organizational security.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement secure technology frameworks.
• Collaborate with security experts to enhance threat detection and vulnerability management.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Contribute to the engineering community by sharing best practices and collaborating with other teams.
• Work closely with Elanco’s data teams to integrate organizational data capabilities into products.
• Engage in hackathons and innovation programs to drive technology advancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

✔ Procedural SQL languages: PL/SQL (Oracle) & PL/pgSQL (PostgreSQL)
✔ Cloud & DevOps: GCP (Google Cloud Platform), AWS, Azure DevOps, Terraform
✔ Programming & Frameworks: React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Material UI, Next.js
✔ Backend & API Development: Express, Prisma ORM, Jest (Testing Frameworks)
✔ Security & Compliance: Cyber Defense, Encryption, Intrusion Detection

Preferred Skills

✔ Full-stack development experience with modern UI frameworks
✔ Service integration expertise, including third-party API integrations
✔ Experience in backend and frontend development best practices

Experience & Education

Required Experience

• 5+ years working with modern application architectures (e.g., Service-Oriented Architecture, API-Centric Design, FAIR, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience with Cloud-Native design patterns (preferably Microsoft Azure & Google Cloud).
• 5+ years in digital solution design & delivery using agile methodologies.
• 5+ years in a DevSecOps environment, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field).
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
