Job Description:

Help Desk Analysts are on the frontline of customer support. They focus on resolving technical issues that end users encounter or connecting users with advanced IT support when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Tier 1 Help Desk Analyst, you will:

• Handle initial inquiries and manage relatively simple hardware, software, or network issues

• Provide remote support via:

  • Over-the-phone assistance

  • Screen sharing or remote desktop access

  • Live chat support

  • Email communication

What We Are Looking For:

• A 4-year degree and 1–2 years of experience OR a 2-year degree with equivalent related experience

• Ability to follow established procedures without discretion

• Minimal or no prior related work experience; may require formal training in specific theories/concepts

• Willingness to work under close supervision
