About the Role:

As an Analyst Relations Manager – Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with key supply chain-focused advisory firms like Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others. You will act as a strategic liaison, ensuring o9 Solutions is well-positioned within the market and influencing analyst perceptions through clear communication and compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Communication & Briefings:

• Develop and deliver detailed briefings, presentations, and informational materials to keep supply chain analysts informed about o9’s solutions, strategies, and achievements.

• Align company messaging with the research agendas and focus areas of key supply chain advisory firms.

✅ Feedback Gathering:

• Actively solicit feedback from supply chain analysts regarding o9’s market positioning, competitive strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Share insights gained from analyst interactions with internal teams to refine strategies and messaging.

✅ Market Education:

• Educate analysts on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to position o9 as a thought leader in supply chain innovation.

• Ensure o9 is recognized as a key contributor and innovator within the supply chain space.

✅ Advocacy & Influence:

• Work closely with internal teams to secure positive coverage and favorable positioning in analyst reports.

• Strive to obtain endorsements and positive recommendations from supply chain-focused analysts.

✅ Events & Programs:

• Plan and execute analyst briefings, roundtable discussions, and tailored events that facilitate direct engagement between analysts and o9 experts.

✅ Monitoring & Analysis:

• Stay up-to-date with analyst research, reports, and market insights to inform internal decision-making.

• Analyze and interpret analyst feedback to guide strategic priorities and business decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

???? Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Proven experience in Analyst Relations, Public Relations, or related roles, with a focus on supply chain advisory firms.

• In-depth knowledge of supply chain advisory firms’ research methodologies, focus areas, and industry influence.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for analyst audiences.

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with analysts and internal teams.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.

• Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
