Position: Nursing Coordinator

???? Shift Options:

• Day Shift

• Morning Shift

• Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive inpatient mental health services.

• Conduct regular medical and psychiatric reviews for all residents.

• Monitor, review, and follow up on hospital visits.

• Ensure timely lab investigations as advised by doctors.

• Perform physical assessments for new admissions and short-stay clients.

• Dispense ointments, syrups, and administer daily/weekly injections.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 0–2 years

• Education: Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc in Nursing

• Language Proficiency: Marathi, Hindi, English
  (Proficiency in additional Indian languages is a plus.)

Salary Structure:

• B.Sc Nursing: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

• GNM Nursing: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month
