Your Role as a Political/Risk Analysis Consultant, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-organizational teams to tackle complex geopolitical and security challenges.
• Analyze operational capabilities, risk landscapes, and policy impacts with meticulous attention to detail.
• Lead project workstreams or small teams, demonstrating adaptability in fast-evolving environments.
• Leverage data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Python) to generate actionable insights.
• Build strategic networks with stakeholders across governments, academia, and civil society.

Your Expertise

Experience: Minimum 3 years within the last decade as a scholar or practitioner in political science, diplomacy, or risk analysis.

Skills: Proficiency in operational analysis, data-driven decision-making, and project leadership.

Mindset: Curiosity, resilience, and a passion for solving multidimensional security challenges.

Flexibility: Remote-first work model with hybrid options (RCSS Works program).
