Position Summary: Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst plays a key role in multi-million-dollar sales pursuits, providing financial evaluation, risk assessment, and pricing strategies to support Zones teams and clients. This position primarily targets customers in the United States, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Strategy

• Act as the financial advisor for sales pursuit teams.
• Develop financial models for fixed-price, time & materials (T&M), outcome-based, revenue-share, and unit-based pricing structures.
• Perform cash flow analysis, ARC/RRC calculations, and break-even assessments.
• Ensure full financial governance by managing KPI reviews and senior management briefings.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with customer procurement procedures, external regulations, and internal policies.
• Research OPEX and CAPEX models for large investments, asset buybacks, and monetization/pay-per-use transactions.
• Evaluate the bid-to-cash process to optimize workflows and reduce operational risks.

Business Consulting & Margin Optimization

• Provide financial consulting to delivery teams and business units to enhance profitability.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins by offering strategic financial insights.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet proposal requirements and drive business growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a similar pre-sales and RFP/RFI role within the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT outsourcing services.
• Expertise in financial modeling, pricing strategies, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint (Excel Macros preferred).
• Ability to handle high workloads, tight deadlines, and pressure.
• Experience working remotely or in-office with some travel required.
