Position Overview: Product Manager – AI

At Seismic, Product Managers drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our products. You will be responsible for ensuring that our AI-powered features and capabilities are user-friendly and effectively address customer needs—from ideation to research, development, deployment, and maintenance.

We strongly believe that AI, particularly Generative AI, will redefine the way GTM (Go-To-Market) and enablement teams operate and interact with customers. Our AI engine, Seismic Aura, is at the forefront of this transformation and is being integrated into our enablement cloud.

As a Product Manager on the AI Team, you will own the AI product roadmap, focusing on conversational intelligence, video analysis, content generation, and recommender systems. You will ensure our AI solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive while collaborating closely with data science, engineering, product design, and GTM teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with data scientists to build AI and ML models, evaluating strategic and tactical trade-offs.
• Gain a deep understanding of Seismic’s product, customer pain points, and the Sales Enablement market to develop impactful solutions.
• Conduct usability studies, market research, and competitive analysis to support investment decisions.
• Develop AI product roadmaps based on customer feedback, cross-functional input, and market trends.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and data science teams to define, scope, and deliver new AI capabilities.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and guide decision-making.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy and adoption.
• Address privacy and security concerns related to AI models, particularly in regulated industries.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software product management.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and data science.
• Strong background in business, economics, mathematics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for data analytics and ML.
• Technical acumen: Ability to discuss trade-offs, scalability, and technologies with engineering teams.
• User-focused mindset: Passion for creating intuitive, problem-solving software that enhances user experience.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and transform complex challenges into clear, actionable plans.
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to align stakeholders and drive product success.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AI-driven product development at scale.
• Familiarity with modern machine learning technologies and platforms.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects related to AI models.
