Job Description

Role Overview

As an SDET II, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining test automation features of medium complexity.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will work closely with the Product & Tech team, driving end-to-end testing initiatives for various features with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in sports betting products and enhance team culture.
• Collaborate with developers, QAs, product managers, and UX/UI professionals.
• Test applications across Web, Mobile, and Desktop platforms.
• Develop and debug automation scripts while handling manual testing tasks.
• Utilize automation and testing tools, including Jira, Xray, JMeter, GitLab, Gherkin, Robot Framework, Playwright, and RESTAssured.
• Create and execute test plans while participating in bug triages.
• Independently formulate test plans and perform exploratory and scripted testing.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in automated tests and enhance test frameworks.
• Engage with Product Owners to define feature requirements and communicate effectively with team members.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the interview process.

Qualifications

• Experienced full-stack QA engineer with expertise in enterprise application testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing stages, including requirements analysis, planning, design, execution, and reporting.
• Proficiency in UI, API, and Database testing concepts.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and document test cases for various scenarios.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and Robot Framework.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, JavaScript, C#, Python).
• Familiarity with automation performance testing tools, including Postman and RESTAssured.
• Experience with test management tools like Jira and Xray.
• Understanding of testing strategies and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player with a strong willingness to learn and share knowledge.
