Job Description

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, test, maintain, and enhance high-quality services.
• Automate services to improve accessibility for product teams.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold code quality standards using dedicated tools.
• Provide technical leadership on various projects.
• Make architectural decisions for future developments.
• Design software concepts for upcoming projects.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, contributing to team growth and development.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development.
• Strong Java programming skills with hands-on experience.
• Expertise in dependency injection frameworks, preferably Spring (Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Data REST, Spring Cache).
• Proficiency in SQL & Relational Databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with OAuth flows, REST APIs, and Open API specifications.
• Proficient in Linux, Git SCM, and Git workflows.
• Experience with feature flag concepts.
• Passion for standardization, process automation, and fast customer feedback.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive projects independently.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
