Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the technical architecture for OTG’s next-generation products. You will work closely with Product Managers, Development Teams, and R&D teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud infrastructure.

???? Reporting to: Senior DevOps Lead

Key Responsibilities

???? CI/CD Pipeline Management

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Oversee release management and optimize deployment strategies.

???? Infrastructure & Cloud Management

• Ensure the stability and uptime of microservices in Kubernetes environments (HPA, VPA).
• Manage AWS Cloud Services, including RDS, EKS, ECS, CloudFormation, S3, Route 53, and more.
• Implement and optimize Canary & Blue-Green deployment strategies.
• Manage Terraform and Terragrunt for infrastructure automation.

???? Monitoring & Security

• Oversee monitoring & alerting systems using Grafana and NewRelic.
• Implement AWS Secrets Manager & External Secret Operator for enhanced security.
• Ensure compliance with OWASP Application Security Verification Standard (ASVS) 4.0.

???? Collaboration & Innovation

• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize DevOps workflows.
• Research new DevOps technologies and prototype innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ 3+ years of DevOps experience with Jenkins CI/CD and AWS services.
✅ Strong expertise in Docker & Kubernetes.
✅ Hands-on experience with Jenkins shared libraries & release management.
✅ Proficiency in Terraform & Terragrunt.
✅ Experience with Canary & Blue-Green deployment strategies.
✅ Linux administration skills and scripting in Bash & Python.
✅ Proficiency in written & spoken English.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

✨ Experience with ELK Stack (Elastic, Logstash, Kibana).
✨ Familiarity with messaging technologies (SMS/SQS, RabbitMQ).
✨ Database administration for MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DocumentDB, Redis.
✨ Knowledge of Keycloak for identity & access management.
✨ Familiarity with SonarQube, Snyk (code scanning tools).
✨ Understanding of DORA Metrics for DevOps performance improvement.
