Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Test Automation Engineer (QA) with extensive hands-on experience in QA automation and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with a proven track record in identifying complex test scenarios and automating test cases. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C#, .NET, Selenium, RestSharp, and SpecFlow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and identify defects to ensure software quality.
• Conduct thorough automation code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of QA automation frameworks and processes.
• Perform functional testing, BDD, API, and UI automation.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Technical Requirements

✔ Programming & Frameworks:

• Strong hands-on knowledge of C# and .NET frameworks.
• Proficiency in Selenium for web automation.
• Experience with RestSharp for API testing.
• Familiarity with SpecFlow for Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Knowledge of Visual Studio (VS) and Azure DevOps.

✔ Testing Expertise:

• Strong thought process for functional testing, BDD, API, and UI automation.
• Experience in manual testing and knowledge of API testing.

✔ Problem-Solving & Learning:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and frameworks.

Experience & Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in software testing.
• 4+ years of experience in automation testing (Selenium with C# programming).
• Experience in manual testing.
• Experience or knowledge in API testing.
