1. Pre-Primary Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher who loves working with children and is eager to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans based on the academic curriculum.
• Conduct interactive workshops and creative exercises to keep children engaged.
• Monitor students using a child-centered approach and provide useful feedback to parents.
• Attend regular training sessions and implement the academic calendar as per school guidelines.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s progress.

Qualifications:

✔ Graduate in any discipline (Pre-primary certification preferred)
✔ Knowledge of Montessori tools and early education practices (preferred)
✔ Strong communication & leadership skills
✔ Ability to adapt, innovate, and engage young learners

2. Primary Teacher

We are looking for an experienced Primary Teacher to teach and mentor students in primary grades.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare lesson plans and syllabus schedules in alignment with school guidelines.
• Track student progress and report to coordinators and parents.
• Evaluate students’ performance and provide necessary support for development.
• Implement creative teaching strategies to make learning enjoyable and effective.
• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment as per health & safety regulations.

Qualifications:

✔ B.Ed or D.Ed (mandatory)
✔ Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school
✔ Knowledge of CBSE curriculum & policies (preferred)
✔ Strong communication, leadership & interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to mediate conflicts and foster a positive classroom environment
✔ Reliable, friendly, and calm under pressure
