Airbus is seeking a Technical Information Analyst to join the "Technical Information Support and Services" team. The team is responsible for creating and delivering aircraft maintenance documentation, which is vital for ensuring safe and efficient operations for clients (airlines, MRO, lessors). This documentation includes AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual), TSM (Troubleshooting Manual), and IPC (Illustrated Parts Catalogue). The role will be essential in maintaining this documentation throughout the aircraft life cycle while ensuring airworthiness and compliance with EASA/FAA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Write technical content for manuals (AMM/IPC/TSM) in accordance with specifications, quality standards, contractual obligations, and configuration management rules.
• Guide junior team members and act as a subject matter expert for technical information.
• Handle complex client queries and provide efficient support under high-pressure situations (e.g., AOG scenarios).
• Review and evaluate aircraft configuration inputs (modifications, service notices) and their effects on technical documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as client services, design offices, airlines, and suppliers.
• Support process improvements and international standardization in technical information procedures.
• Ensure compliance with EASA/FAA regulations and EN9100 standards for technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge Required:

  • Aircraft and aviation systems
  • Aircraft maintenance processes
  • Technical writing for AMM, IPC, TSM
  • Aircraft configuration management
  • Project management
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (Advanced level)

• Experience Required:

  • 3-8 years of experience in the technical information domain within the aerospace industry.
