Job Description:

We are looking for an ideal candidate to be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and evaluating data engineering projects. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the project’s design, task assignment, execution, and unit testing.
• Coordinate project timelines with clients and project teams.
• Break down tasks and strategize how to complete projects within deadlines.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
• Have hands-on experience with a wide range of data engineering technologies, including ETL and SQL.
• Proficiency with at least one ETL tool (e.g., Informatica, DataStage, SSIS).
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Exposure to Snowflake and Snowpark is a plus.
• Proficient in Agile delivery methods and tools.
• Handle change requests and focus on continuous improvement of the delivery process.
• Collaborate with other technology teams, IT infrastructure, and technology partners.
• Manage key technical and business stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the offshore delivery team.
• Provide status reporting (WSR, MSR, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of your area of expertise.

Required Qualifications:

• Expertise in Data Engineering technologies (ETL, SQL, Cloud, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, SSIS).
• Proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Snowflake/Snowpark (preferred).
• Strong in Agile methodology and delivery practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel and meet deadlines.
