???? Recruitment:

• Post job ads on job portals and social media channels

• Screen resumes to shortlist candidates

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Conduct initial telephonic screening

• Assist in reference checks

???? Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience

• Strong communication & coordination skills

• Familiarity with online job platforms

• Relevant skills and genuine interest in HR
