Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Social Media Content Writing Specialist to craft engaging content for our clients’ products and services across various social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for writing, proofreading, and optimizing content that drives reader engagement and supports our clients' marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, proofread, and edit engaging social media posts for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.

• Create compelling headlines and body copy tailored to target audiences.

• Optimize social media content for SEO, ensuring the language, tone, and message align with audience behavior.

• Suggest and incorporate appealing images or videos that enhance text-based content.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create content for products, services, and websites while optimizing user experience.

• Conduct in-depth research on client products and services to develop original content.

• Assist the marketing team by developing content for advertising campaigns as needed.

• Edit and polish existing content to improve clarity and readability.

• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance organic reach.

• Identify content gaps and recommend new content to address audience needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Content Writer or in a similar role.

• Willingness to work 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST (Night shift as per India time).

• Hands-on experience with social media platforms for advertising purposes.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Ability to deliver creative and high-quality web content.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and content management systems.

• Portfolio showcasing a rich collection of published content.

• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Understanding of content marketing and promotion strategies.
