Position Summary

Black Dragon Capital is looking for a dynamic UI/UX Designer to lead the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our digital assets. The role requires optimizing every aspect of the online user journey for usability, utility, and great design. The ideal candidate will stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies while offering innovative and adaptable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Collaborate with marketing teams, product managers, and developers to conceptualize and create user-friendly, intuitive interfaces.
• Develop detailed interaction flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity wireframes for mobile and web applications using Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
• Conduct user research, analyze user testing data, and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Incorporate motion design and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.

Art Direction & Graphic Design

• Create promotional materials, icons, illustrations, and web assets using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Develop interactive UI elements that align with the brand and ensure a consistent appearance.
• Design digital advertisements, marketing banners, and social media assets following the latest design trends.

Visual Effects (VFX) & Motion Design

• Enhance engagement by incorporating motion graphics and VFX into digital interfaces.
• Utilize Blender, After Effects, and other VFX tools to create stunning animations and transitions.
• Develop smooth animations for interactive elements such as loading screens, buttons, and hover effects.

Front-End Development

• Translate design concepts into clean, efficient, and responsive code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue.js, Angular, or WordPress.
• Optimize rich media (videos, animations, and interactive elements) for fast loading times without compromising quality.
• Work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless UI/UX integration.

SEO & AI Optimization

• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies using AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
• Enhance content ranking using semantic search techniques and AI-powered audits.
• Optimize for voice search, structured data, and featured snippets to improve rankings on Google’s Answer Engine and AI-driven search systems.

Collaboration & Technology Research

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs align with business and technical goals.
• Keep design systems consistent across digital assets.
• Stay updated with the latest VFX, front-end development technologies, and UI/UX tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven UI/UX, front-end development, and graphic design experience with an impressive portfolio.
• Expertise in Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong coding skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Proficiency in motion graphics and 3D design tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, and After Effects.
• Knowledge of WebGL, Three.js, and interactive 3D content creation.
• Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Familiarity with SEO, AI-driven analytics, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in 3D asset production, AR/VR content, or motion capture.
• Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), server-side rendering (SSR), and WebAssembly.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
