Opportunity

Adobe Design is seeking an Experience Designer to help shape the next-generation enterprise experiences that drive Customer Journey Management in Adobe Experience Cloud.

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile designer who thinks strategically while also paying close attention to detail throughout the design process—from problem definition to solution development and iteration.

As part of this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support, to deliver impactful solutions. You will also work with a team of creative professionals who are dedicated to crafting innovative experiences for leading brands worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to conceptualize and develop design solutions that redefine how brands build, enhance, and personalize experiences.
• Translate design concepts into compelling visual stories through illustrations, storyboards, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design, build, and test interactive prototypes to facilitate iterative design improvements.
• Adapt visual language and interaction frameworks to underlying technologies.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers across Adobe to deliver user-centered design solutions.
• Advocate for users, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Haves:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of complex design problems and the ability to translate them into practical design solutions using core visual and interaction design principles.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Experience working in an agile environment, iterating on designs based on engineering feedback.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, and Keynote.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in building enterprise workflows that help users navigate complex systems.
• Understanding of marketing strategies, including personalization and experimentation methods.
• Experience in user research and usability testing.
• Background in information architecture.
