Key Responsibilities

• Content Research & Scriptwriting: Research, brainstorm, and craft compelling scripts tailored for a U.S.-based YouTube audience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, voice artists, and video editors to translate scripts into captivating visual content.
• Content Consistency: Maintain a consistent voice and style aligned with brand guidelines.
• In-Depth Research: Ensure factual accuracy and relevance on various topics, including geography, geopolitics, and global mysteries.
• Adaptation: Stay updated with YouTube trends and adjust scriptwriting styles based on viewer feedback and performance analytics.
• Editing & Feedback: Revise scripts based on team feedback and performance insights.
• Deadline Management: Handle tight deadlines and adapt to production schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in scriptwriting for YouTube or other video platforms with strong storytelling and structuring skills (minimum 1 year required).
• Language Skills: Excellent English writing and grammar skills with the ability to write in an engaging, conversational tone.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of YouTube content strategies, audience engagement, and retention techniques.
