Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Verna, Goa (Office-based, Night Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM)
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹50,000/month + Uncapped Commissions

Goa-Based Candidates Only – Applications from outside Goa will not be considered.

About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into sales, and cultivate lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through inbound and outbound calls, driving sales conversions.
• Generate and close deals by preparing competitive quotes and delivering compelling sales pitches.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and upsell additional products or services.

• 3–5 years of sales experience in the U.S. market (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization abilities.
