Ø Projects: Residential & Commercial.
Ø Designing and implementing sales strategies for targeted revenue.
Ø Follow up the sales proposals and deliver monthly precise and up to date sales reports.
Ø New lead generation for creating a pipeline of prospective customers.
Ø Enhance Product knowledge for better deliverable
Ø Handling Channel sales and corporate tie - up to generate maximum business for residential and commercial projects.
Ø Responsible for generating new business opportunities for the organization.
Ø Report on sales activities to top management.
Ø Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
Ø Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
Ø Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
Ø Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Ø Monitoring and positioning for all future projects.

Ø Well-spoken communication skills are a must.
