Senior Accountant- AR(Billing & Cash app)

Overview

Job Title: O2C – Core Billing with Cash Applications (Accounts Receivable)

Location: Remote (Work From Home, occasional office presence as needed)
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST or as per client requirement)
Schedule: US Shift
Experience Required: 4 to 5 Years
Joining Timeframe: Maximum 15 Days

Compensation:

₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Order to Cash (O2C) operations focusing on Core Billing and Cash Applications

• Ensure timely and accurate billing processes

• Manage customer receipts and reconcile accounts receivable

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for payment-related queries

• Maintain documentation and reporting for audits and compliance

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in O2C – Core Billing and Cash Applications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with ERP systems such as:

  • SAP

  • QuickBooks (QB)

  • Sage

  • Visual

  • Oracle

  • NetSuite

Additional Details:

• Work From Home (WFH); office attendance required occasionally based on business need

• Must be comfortable working night shifts aligned to US time zones

• Immediate joiners preferred (within 15 days)
