We are currently hiring for a leading online travel company that specializes in customized holiday packages. As part of TheBirbal team, you’ll be instrumental in helping customers plan and book their ideal travel experiences.

Position Details:

Role: Travel Sales Expert
Gender: Females only
Location: Anywhere in India (Remote / Work from home)
Schedule: At least 22-24 working days per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospects/customers to understand their holiday travel requirements.

• Assist in selecting and booking customized travel packages.

• Use CRM and website tools to provide efficient customer service.

• Participate in training for sales, processes, products, and tools.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Prior experience in Sales, Travel, Airline, or Hospitality Industry.

• Own a laptop, broadband internet, and a smartphone.

• Have a quiet and professional home working environment.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Sales, or Customer Service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of leisure travel destinations in India and abroad.

• Passionate about travel and self-motivated to meet sales goals.
