Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client Service Excellence:

• Deliver exceptional client support, addressing inquiries throughout the sales process across multiple buying channels.

✅ Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Lead RFP responses and media plan creation, using insights and data to develop impactful client recommendations.

✅ Relationship Building:

• Participate in client meetings, foster relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

✅ Campaign Management:

• Oversee campaign activation and creative production, working with Campaign Managers to monitor and optimize performance.

✅ Insights & Renewals:

• Analyze post-campaign performance, provide insights, and identify new business opportunities to drive repeat engagement.

Qualifications:

???? Experience:

• 2+ years in digital media, planning, or buying with a solid understanding of digital marketing.

???? Client-Centric Approach:

• Proven ability to translate client needs into effective business solutions while delivering exceptional service.

???? Analytical Skills:

• Strong data analysis capabilities to craft compelling sales rationale using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.

???? Organizational Skills:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask within a collaborative team environment.
