About the Role

We are seeking a Competitive Marketing Research Manager to play a critical role in supporting Kore.ai’s Compete Program. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and distributing competitive intelligence to enable our sales, marketing, and product teams.

This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong research, analytical, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

???? Research & Analysis

• Monitor and analyze competitor data from websites, financial reports, news, and industry events.

???? Market Monitoring

• Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor moves to identify opportunities and threats.

???? Competitive Battle Cards & Playbooks

• Develop and maintain battle cards, positioning guides, and competitive playbooks for the sales team.

???? Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with product marketing, sales, and product teams to identify intelligence needs and deliver insights.

???? Sales Enablement

• Support training sessions for sales teams on competitive differentiation and messaging.

???? Reporting & Visualization

• Develop concise, visually appealing reports to share insights with stakeholders.

???? Tool & Data Management

• Assist in maintaining and optimizing competitive intelligence tools and repositories.

Requirements

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
✔ Experience: 3+ years in competitive intelligence, market research, product marketing, or a related field.
✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and similar tools.
✔ Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

✅ Familiarity with Competitive Intelligence Tools – Crayon, Klue, or similar.
✅ Exposure to B2B Enterprise Tech – Particularly AI and automation solutions.
✅ Experience in Sales Enablement – Creating sales enablement materials and reports.

Bonus Skills (Wow Factor!)

✨ Design & Visualization

• Comfortable with Figma (can create and edit).
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).

✨ AI & Automation Knowledge

• Understanding of AI tools for workplace automation.
• Experience in building brand-aligned AI bots.

✨ Marketing Tools

• Proficiency in Canva, HubSpot, Seismic, and similar platforms.
