Role Summary

You will be responsible for planning, building, and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, boost engagement, and support sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create segmented email lists based on buyer personas, lifecycle stages, and regions.

• Design, write, and schedule outbound and nurture email campaigns.

• Monitor open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion metrics, and perform A/B testing on subject lines and content.

• Ensure compliance with international email marketing laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually engaging emails.

• Integrate campaigns with CRM and lead scoring systems.

• Segment email lists based on customer behaviors, interests, and lifecycle stages to maximize engagement and conversions.

• Create compelling email copy and designs using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.

• Monitor and clean email lists regularly to maintain high deliverability and engagement rates.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation.

• Proficient in tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.

• Strong skills in copywriting, audience segmentation, and marketing automation.

• Experience in handling international campaigns and executing personalization strategies is preferred.

• Analytical and results-driven mindset.

• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
