About Onexus

Onexus is a fast-growing ITES company based in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, PMax, display, and social advertising for both B2B and B2C businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Design, execute, and maintain ROI-focused PPC & display campaigns.
• Conduct thorough keyword analysis to enhance ad performance.
• Optimize PPC & paid social campaigns, including:
  • Keyword strategy
  • Ad copy
  • Bid prices
  • Cost per conversion
  • Cost per click
  • Audience targeting

Performance Optimization:

• Write compelling ad copy focused on driving conversions.
• Optimize existing PPC campaigns for new clients.
• Perform A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, etc., ensuring optimal campaign performance.
• Compile monthly PPC reports with insights and analysis on campaign performance.
• Recommend & consult with clients and marketing teams on content and landing pages to improve campaign results.
• Set up conversion tracking & retargeting pixels.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth competitive analysis for different locations and industries.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC advertising trends.
• Experience with Programmatic Advertising is a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
• Google Ads Certified & Google Analytics Certified.
• Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Creative writing skills for ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized & able to multitask, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
