Job Responsibilities

???? Guide parents and students on teenage well-being, academic courses, and finance career programs.
???? Assist students in course selection and personalized career development plans.
???? Monitor academic progress and provide regular updates to parents.
???? Arrange calls, meetings, and follow-ups with potential leads.
???? Coordinate with teachers, parents, and team members for business growth.
???? Conduct career counseling sessions and handle walk-in & telephonic inquiries.
???? Understand student and parent psychology to provide effective guidance.
???? Work with the marketing and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.

Requirements

✅ Education: Graduation in any stream
✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years in counseling and sales
✅ Age: 21-35 years
✅ Must have: Own PC
✅ Languages:

• Bengali (Required)
• English (Preferred)
