Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven individuals for the role of Sales Executive, focusing on Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), Gold Loans, and related financial products. This is a field sales role where you’ll be responsible for building client relationships, sourcing new leads, and supporting loan disbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales of Mortgage Loans (LAP) and other loan products at the branch level

2. Handle business for Home Loans, LAP, Construction Loans (Salaried), Gold Loans

3. Identify and build relationships with new leads from the assigned geography

4. Ensure strict adherence to company policies and operational procedures

5. Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships

6. Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure smooth loan processing

7. Assist the collections team with delinquency management

8. Show creativity, initiative, and teamwork

Field Sales Role:

This role involves in-person client meetings, field visits, and maintaining a strong on-ground presence.
