Job Title: ERP Support Executive (Texma ERP Software)
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift

Salary:

• ₹15,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated ERP Support Executive for Texma ERP Software to provide customer support and service. This role is open only to candidates in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

As an ERP Support Executive, you will be trained by the advanced team on various modules and functionalities of the Texma ERP Software. You will be responsible for assisting clients by identifying and resolving issues, documenting problems, and ensuring client satisfaction. If the issue cannot be resolved, you will escalate it to the manager for further assistance. You will also be responsible for reporting on daily activities and conducting training for new users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for customer queries and resolve issues faced by clients

• Work with the technology team to resolve issues within defined timelines

• Conduct training sessions for clients on various software features

• Analyze customer issues, queries, and work on improving response mechanisms

• Install applications and pre-test modules

• Manage user access and ensure effective use of the ERP system

• Provide functional support across all departments

• Take ownership of incidents and follow up with clients until resolution

• Coordinate with external technical support when issues cannot be resolved at the first level

• Regularly report to the management about the status of support requests

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Fluent communication skills in both English and Hindi

• Ability to understand and document client issues effectively

• Willingness to stay updated on new developments in software tools and features

• Ability to mentor and train new users on the ERP system

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or ERP support

• Familiarity with ERP software and its modules (Preferred)

• Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand (candidates must be able to commute or relocate)
