Role and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely completion of merchant account-related requests.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from financial institutions, merchants, and internal customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and account managers to resolve requests.
• Offer support to various departments, including Merchant Services (MS TSC), Banking, SRG/KOAT, Contract Review, ESSU, CMS, and Risk Management.
• Review, analyze, and process merchant requests, from simple to complex.
• Analyze business and organizational documents, such as Articles of Incorporation, Business Licenses, IRS documents, and AMEX Agreements.
• Communicate professionally with clients at all levels.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain service standards.
• Utilize MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate degree (any field)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong evaluation and analytical skills for merchant information
• High result-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office
