Position: Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for an energetic and customer-obsessed Customer Success Manager to join our fast-paced, forward-thinking team. You’ll be the face of Contentstack for our valued customers, helping them get the most out of our platform and building lasting partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and support needs.

• Ensure smooth customer onboarding by collaborating with the sales and implementation teams.

• Understand customer goals and tailor strategies to meet their specific needs.

• Track product usage and engagement to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

• Proactively resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams.

• Conduct regular customer check-ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify improvements.

• Be the customer’s voice internally — advocating for their needs across departments.

• Provide product feedback to development teams to improve the customer experience.

• Create and deliver value-driven reports showcasing customer outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in Customer Success roles.

• Prior experience in Enterprise SaaS (especially CMS or Composable DXP platforms).

• Strong communication skills and customer empathy.

• Proven ability to turn challenging customer situations into long-term success stories.

• Performance-focused with a track record of meeting KPIs.

• Trust-builder with a proactive and collaborative approach.

• Creative, enthusiastic, and excited by travel.

• Fun, engaging personality — we’re serious about results, but we also love to enjoy the ride!

Salary & Benefits

???? Compensation: ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 per year (base) + commission (based on experience and skillset)
