Job Summary

As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

✔ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
✔ Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, orders, billing, and related queries.
✔ Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
✔ Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.
✔ Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
✔ Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for reporting and improvement purposes.
✔ Work closely with other team members and departments to enhance overall customer experience.
✔ Stay updated with product knowledge and company updates to provide the most accurate information.
✔ Update website content through the content management system.
✔ Experience in telemarketing will be an added advantage.

Requirements

✔ Experience: 0-5 years in a similar role (Freshers are welcome!)
✔ Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently
• Proficiency in using CRM software and content management systems (preferred)
  ✔ Location: Thiruvalla, Kerala / Work from Home
  ✔ Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
