Job Profile

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process for a smooth transition and understanding of our products.
✔ Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
✔ Customer Education: Provide training and educational resources to help clients maximize product value.
✔ Customer Support:

• Efficiently handle chat interactions with customers, offering real-time assistance.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure prompt issue resolution.

Requirements

✔ Education: Graduate with strong written and spoken English skills.
✔ Experience:

• 2+ years in customer service and management.
• Proven track record in customer success or account management.
  ✔ Skills:
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software (preferred).
