About the Role

As an E-commerce Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and marketing efforts across US-based marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, CVS, Walgreens, Staples, Costco, and more. You will contribute to scaling our eCommerce operations and promoting products via social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and other innovative channels.

This position requires occasional availability during US time zones for meetings and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute eCommerce marketing campaigns (own site, marketplaces, email, SMS, social media, affiliate marketing, etc.)

• Manage and update product listings on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and others

• Set up and manage paid advertisements (Amazon Ads, Google Shopping, Walmart Ads)

• Optimize all digital marketing channels

• Develop creatives and update content (website banners, landing pages, etc.)

• Test site assets and ensure accuracy of marketing content

• Provide reports and insights on KPIs and product performance

• Collaborate with the team to improve e-commerce performance and growth

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, or digital marketing (preferred)

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Retail Ads Marketing

• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (Google Analytics, UX tools, Adobe)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Exposure to Amazon/Walmart Seller Advertising (highly preferred)

• Experience in online retail (US Market) is a plus
