Job Title: Sales Specialist

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
• Shift: Night shift (Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM IST)
• Availability: Weekend availability may be required

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads that convert into sales.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing proposals.
• Present to clients and close deals effectively.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales performance targets.
• Oversee projects from start to finish and ensure successful completion.
• Design and implement B2B sales strategies targeting North American and European markets.
• Meet business targets set for the financial year and ensure consistent order collections throughout the year.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Sales Skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
  • Skilled in addressing objections and thinking on your feet.
• Attention to Detail:
  • Strong organizational and planning skills are highly valued.
• Fluent in English.

Work Environment

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday).
• Training will be provided for new hires.
• In-office position based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
