We are seeking a Professional Accountant to take on a dual role:
If you are passionate about accounting, technology, and customer success, this role offers a unique opportunity in a fast-paced startup environment.
Client Support & Success
✅ Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, tickets, and calls, resolving support issues efficiently.
✅ Guide clients through platform features and provide training sessions for seamless onboarding.
✅ Troubleshoot product-related issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
✅ Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, FAQs, and client interactions to improve service quality.
Product Development & Testing
✅ Collaboration: Work with product managers, developers, and designers to provide accounting insights for feature enhancements.
✅ Feature Validation: Conduct quality assurance (QA) and testing for new and existing product features to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
✅ Market Research: Analyze competitors, identify unique selling points, and contribute to UI/UX design decisions.
✅ Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze user feedback, identifying pain points to suggest product improvements.
Compliance & Advisory
✅ Serve as the in-house subject matter expert on accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
✅ Ensure the platform adheres to relevant regulatory guidelines for financial reporting and auditing.
✅ Assist in creating educational content, compliance reports, and financial documentation.
Education & Experience
???? Preferred Qualifications: B. Com, M. Com, CA-Inter.
✅ Experience:
Technical Skills
???? Accounting Software: Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar.
☁ SaaS & Cloud Tools: Familiarity with cloud-based financial applications.
???? Product Development: Basic knowledge of QA/testing is a plus.
