Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service with empathy

• Handle inbound and outbound calls

• Schedule appointments, make sales calls, and collect payments

• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Manage customer records and support administrative activities

• Generate leads, close sales deals, and monitor sales efforts

• Handle IT support tasks and assist in training new colleagues

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate (Certifications in Marketing, Sales, or relevant fields a plus)

• Experience:

  • 3 years in Sales

  • 2 years in an International Voice Process (preferably dealing with American clients)

  • 1 year in cold calling

  • Total work experience: 5 years

• Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office

  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

  • Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable with VOIP services and 24/7 work timings

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000/month

• Additional Pay: Bonus, commission, and group performance bonuses

• Training: 30 days training with a stipend of ₹15,000

Requirements:

• Must be located or willing to relocate to Dehradun, Uttarakhand before starting the job.
