• Position: Customer Service & Sales Executive

• Job Type: Full-time

• Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

• Location: Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra (Work from office)

• Schedule: Day shift

Key Responsibilities

✔ Customer Interaction: Handle day-to-day interactions and ensure excellent customer support from order receipt to delivery
✔ Payment Collection: Manage and track payments from customers
✔ Documentation & Updates: Provide necessary documentation and regular status updates
✔ Sales & Marketing: Support sales efforts and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

✔ Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
✔ Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of total work experience

• At least 2 years in sales, marketing, or customer service
  ✔ Skills:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)

• Excellent email & letter drafting skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
