Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
2. Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets, build strong relationships with key partners, and expand market coverage.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
4. Key Account Management: Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and drive customer satisfaction and account growth.
5. Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Marketing & Promotions: Execute campaigns to drive sales and brand visibility, monitoring and adjusting strategies as needed.
7. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
8. Cost Control: Efficiently manage the sales budget, optimizing expenses while achieving revenue targets.
9. Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high-level customer service, addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
10. Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and demand projections for inventory and capacity planning.
11. Data Management: Maintain an organized database of customer information, sales leads, and market intelligence.

Requirements

✔ Experience: Proven expertise in airline industry sales.
✔ Skills: Strong leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
✔ Knowledge: In-depth understanding of market trends, competitors, and sales strategies.
✔ Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
✔ Business Development: 10+ years of experience (preferred).
