Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Executive to manage and grow our dealer network in the Kollam district. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B dealer sales, especially in the paint or building materials industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve assigned sales turnover and collection targets.

2. Visit existing retail and wholesale paint dealers regularly.

3. Appoint new dealers and meet new business acquisition targets.

4. Develop relationships with painters to promote secondary and project sales.

5. Provide after-sales support based on customer queries through dealers.

Requirements:

• Education: Plus-2 or higher

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B dealer sales (preferably in paints or similar industries)

• Age Limit: 25–40 years

• Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively within the Kollam district
