Job Summary

We are hiring a Bilingual Travel Sales Consultant (PPC Calls) to join our team. The role involves handling both inbound & outbound sales calls, converting leads into bookings, and assisting customers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities

✈ Convert inbound & outbound calls (English & Spanish) into flight ticket sales.
✈ Handle PPC-generated leads and effectively close deals.
✈ Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, refunds, and cancellations.
✈ Coordinate with airlines for refund waivers and fare adjustments.
✈ Ensure high customer satisfaction and relationship management.

Requirements

✔ Minimum Qualification: 12+ (Higher Secondary or equivalent).
✔ Experience: 2+ years in PPC calls and US travel sales.
✔ Languages: Fluent in English & Spanish (verbal & written).
✔ Technical Skills: Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus.
✔ Understanding of International Flight Fares & Geographical Codes.
