Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts for our interior design company. The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker with strong leadership skills, passionate about digital marketing and the interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Marketing

• Manage Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and Houzz to showcase design projects.
• Create and share high-quality images, design tips, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Engage with followers through comments, polls, Q&A sessions, and relevant hashtags.
• Develop Instagram Stories & Reels featuring before-and-after shots, time-lapse videos, and project transformations.

2. Content Marketing

• Blogging: Write engaging posts on interior design trends, DIY projects, decorating tips, and makeovers to boost SEO.
• Video Content: Produce tutorials, virtual tours, and “how-to” videos for client engagement.
• Case Studies & Testimonials: Share client success stories and detailed case studies to highlight expertise.

3. Email Marketing

• Newsletters: Send regular updates featuring design tips, promotions, and blog content.
• Lead Nurturing: Develop personalized email campaigns with discounts or exclusive consultations to attract potential clients.

4. Paid Advertising (PPC)

• Google Ads: Run search campaigns targeting interior design services to appear at the top of search results.
• Social Media Ads: Use Facebook & Instagram Ads to reach homeowners, real estate agents, and design enthusiasts.
• Retargeting Ads: Remind potential clients about services after they’ve visited the website.

5. Influencer & Partnership Marketing

• Collaborate with interior design influencers and bloggers to expand brand reach.
• Partner with furniture stores, real estate agents, and other businesses for cross-promotions and package deals.

6. Online Reviews & Reputation Management

• Encourage clients to leave positive reviews on Google, Yelp, and other platforms.
• Actively respond to feedback and manage the brand’s online reputation.

7. Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Analytics.
• Analyze traffic, engagement, and conversions to refine marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in digital marketing (preferred).
• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi & English (preferred).
• Willingness to Travel: Up to 25% travel (preferred).
