Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Market Research & Data Mining

• Conduct primary & secondary research to gather business insights.
• Extract potential leads from LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Indeed, Naukri, Yelp, company websites, and ZoomInfo.
• Perform company profiling to identify target customers.

✔ Sales & Marketing Strategies

• Develop email marketing campaigns to attract and retain clients.
• Create engaging content, including templates & newsletters.
• Familiarize yourself with all products & services to effectively communicate with potential customers.
• Keep up with industry trends to ensure product relevance in the market.

✔ Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Equip staff with the necessary technical & social skills to improve sales.
• Gather client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development (required).
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (required).
• Work Location: In person (Pune).
